The Program Committee welcomes the submission of Symposia, Clinical Perspectives, Trainee Case Presentations and individual Workshops, Oral, and Poster presentations.
Please provide complete and accurate information on all contributing authors.
Every submission must name at least one presenting author. The presenting author must register for the congress upon abstract acceptance at the latest by March 31, 2027, in order to remain in the programme schedule.
Several oral presentations will be grouped together with other related talks in parallel sessions. The slots will be assigned by the programme committee.

Presentation format: PowerPoint 16:9 (PPT, PPTX)
Presentation time: 15 minutes (including questions)
If your presentation has been submitted as part of a symposium, we kindly ask you to coordinate with the organiser/submitter of the symposium regarding the exact structure and length of your presentation, as this may vary depending on the symposium you are in (10 minutes is the pre-requisite for presentations in sessions called “Oral Session” in the congress planner.)
Presentation of content in writing and/or with graphics on a printed poster in world format (120 cm x 80 cm | Orientation: Portrait).

Poster Specifications
If you would like to present an entire thematic session, which comprises four individual presentations, you may submit a symposium session. The submitting author should indicate the theme, overall abstract, names of other presenters and chair(s).
90 minutes, chaired symposium with max 5 presentations.
5 presentations by 15 minutes each with a 3 minute discussion
Symposium/Session
*in case a symposium is submitted with less than 5 orals, individual oral presentations according to matching topics might be allocated to your symposium.
Clinical perspective symposia refer to the insights and viewpoints of clinical cases in terms of clinical experience, evidence-based practice, and patient-centered approaches. Once accepted, submitted abstracts will be grouped and included in these Clinical Perspective Symposia. Understanding clinical perspectives helps in improving decision-making, enhancing patient interactions, and adapting practices to better meet the needs of diverse stakeholders.

Abstract/Paper (CASE PRESENTATION)
Trainee Case Presentations” involve trainees presenting specific patient cases to share insights and demonstrate their clinical knowledge. Key components include patient background, clinical findings, diagnosis, management plan, outcomes, and learning points. This format helps trainees develop critical thinking, communication skills, and receive valuable feedback. Once accepted, submitted abstracts will be grouped and included in Sessions.

Workshops should invite participants to take an active part and convey practical content in an appealing way. They can be organised by an individual or a group.
